I started fooling around with art 10+ years ago because of an art therapy session. If you’ve ever had any sort of psychotherapy, you may have been encouraged by a therapist to fill a toolbox with positive copings skills when life gets hard. My toolbox is overflowing with art supplies! After years of numerous online classes, YouTube’s, books, lots of practice, and epic fails, I still practice art primarily for my mental health. Art lifts us up and is an excellent outlet for emotions in all forms and mediums.
All my life I have loved re-arranging things to make them new and different. Painting and Collage became the pinnacle outlet for this passion to take something existing and retell it through artistic expressionism.
Below are a collection of my online mixed media classes and workshops, as well as some video shorts and even a free online art tutorial to get you inspired to create and start your own journey into the world of mixed media collage! Montaged Moments
Self Study/ Self Paced Class
In this mixed media class, we will create and capture fanciful moments as we delve into the possibilities of the art of collage. We will use simple editing techniques with beautiful photography to create dreamy backgrounds with acrylic inks and watercolors. We will also become novice fashion designers with the creative papers we choose to adorn our muses with. We will become hairstylists with a wooden skewer in hand. We will add eclectic finishing touches with doodles, line work, marks and indulgent touches of gold. Sign Up Below!

The Dame
Self Study/ Self Paced Class
The ladies we will be creating in this class are posh and elegant. Each one carries her own aristocratic title. We will use royalty free photographs of women and recreate them in dreamy collages with eclectic details ranging from modern, black raspberry dreadlocks to a more classic, genteel debutante. We will transform the girls infusing strength and beauty and integrate them in dramatic scenes with a touch of romanticism. Sign Up Below!
